自2018年成立以來，CookInn Taiwan (晨星樂廚股份有限公司) 不遺餘力地推廣著台灣豐富多元的飲食文化。至今已迎接來自52個國家的超過15,000名國際旅客，並受到交通部觀光署的邀請，在英國倫敦、美國芝加哥、加拿大多倫多、馬來西亞吉隆坡、澳洲雪梨以及紐西蘭奧克蘭等地進行精彩的展示和教學活動。
此外，Cookinn Taiwan旅人料理教室曾指導AIT美國在台協會、台北市政府首長以及波蘭國會議員團等國際知名組織和政要製作台灣料理，並贏得了極高的讚譽和好評。在2020年，他們榮獲了TripAdvisor旅行者大獎，同時與故宮博物院合開主題課程，證明了他們的優異服務品質和聲譽。
2023年底，Cookinn Taiwan旅人料理教室匯聚多年的教學經驗，推出了首本英文台菜食譜書《TASTE TAIWAN: Recipes from Taiwanese Home Kitchens》，不僅標誌著他們在國際飲食文化交流和教學領域的深耕，更將台灣的烹飪精髓和美食文化帶向了更廣闊的國際舞台。
